Q: What size should my photos be?
A: At least 300 dpi or
1800x1200 pixels The images should uncropped, unedited and not resized if possible.
Q: Do you accept printed photos?
A: Yes we do.
These will be scanned for use on your design, then returned by mail to you. This service incurs a fee.
Q: How do I get my photos to you?
A: By email
Q: How accurate is my monitor? Will the colours be true to
life?
A: The colours displayed on your monitor are digitally
formatted and may appear different to those presented after
printing. So whilst every attempt is made to create and standardize
the colours, some degree of variance is unavoidable and should be
expected.
Q:Are envelopes included?
A: Not at the moment, but we are looking into sourcing them to possibly mail out along with the magnets.
Q:Do you offer printing of your products?
A: Not at the moment, but we may decide to do this in the future.

Q: What
methods of payment are accepted?
A: Payment is via Direct Deposit is the preferred method . Our bank details will be provided once your order has been
confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation with total cost
and a payment request. Paypal is also available, but will incur an additional $2 fee
Q: I live outside of Australia. Do you take international
orders?
A: Yes we do. As email is a universal tool, we can create and send our designs to anyone, anywhere in the world.
REFUND OR EXCHANGE
NattyJane Designs does not refund any of your orders once you have confirmed the proof
copy that will be emailed to you. Please know, that we work one on one with you and your feedback to create a design you are truly happy with. However, if you do have any concerns, please contact NJD.
CONDITIONS OF USE
NattyJane Designs does have the
right to send you emails on special or promotional offers, new products and services and any website
updates or changes.
Unless advised by you, your final designs may be displayed in our galleries or used for promotional purposes (relevant private information will be removed from designs for these purposes)

your privacy and personal details and treated with the utmost respect. You have our word that none of
your details will be disclosed or sold.
Customers personal
details and any other information that is submitted will only be used to complete your order. None of your personal details
